Only Love

The law of attraction cannot change anything in your life that you hate, because hate prevents the change from coming. Since the law is giving us exactly what we are putting out, when you hate something the law must continue to give you more of what you hate.You will not be able to move away from it.
Love is the only way.
If you focus completely on the things you love, then you are on your way to a beautiful life.

Feed

Feed

 
Feed your soul whatever it craves. Long walks in the forest, long days at the seashore, long nights filled with sleeoing or dreaming or skywatching or loving. Feed your creative juices. Feed them time, feed them space, feed them a rich diet of fantasy and friends and feelings. Feed your spirit. Feed on dance and song and prayer and ceremony. feed on the energy of the circle. Feed yourself before you dry up. Feed yourself from the river that is pure and unatained, sincere and unadulterated, fresh and clean and flowing. Oh, and one more thing: don’t forget to feed the bird, the fish, the cat, the dog. But first, feed yourself.

The progress of creation is the same for all things,

whether you want to bring something to you or remove something negative from your life.
If you have a habit you wish to break, or anything negative you wish to remove from your life, you must focus on what you want.
That means you visualize and imagine yourself in that negative-free state right now.
Imagine yourself in as many scenes as you possibly can where the negative situation is completely absent. Imagine yourself happy and free. Eliminate any picture from your mind of you with the negative situation. Just imagine yourself in the state you want to be in, and feel that you are that, right now.

To measure the weight of your thoughts, you want to think in terms of vibration and energy.
Thoughts such as “I’m overwhelmed, I never have enough time, I have so many people wanting things from me that I don’t even have the time to think, I have so much on my plate than I can handle, I feel pressured by my need to make money to pay my bills aren’t balanced and peaceful.
These thoughts are resistant energy, which counters the desire for a peaceful, stress-free existence.
Your desire may be 10, but your mental energy is in much lower range, perhaps a 2 or 3.
Remember: You become what you think about!

What you must need to learn is how to create a match between what it is you desire in your life, and what thoughts, or vibrational energy, you’re choosing to attract those desires.
