Stress-Free Living

This is the moment you’re either enjoying or not enjoying your life.

What you’re thinking is creating the way you feel in your body right now, and it’s also creating your experiences of tomorrow.
If you’re stressing out over every little thing and making mountain out of molehills you’ll never find peace.

I think it’s a cop-out: “I’m so stressed” or “This is so stressful.” or “All this stress, stress and more stress.”

Here what you do when you feel stressed or fearful: breathe deeply or go for a brisk walk and affirm:

“I am the only power in the world: and I create a peaceful, loving, joyful, fulfilling life.”

“I create stress-free world for me.”

“I an capable person, and I can handle anything that comes my way.”

“I trust myself to deal with any problems that arise during the day.”

Self-Esteem

Self-Esteem is merely feeling good about yourself, and when you do so, you develop confidence. Confidence then builds Self-Esteem - each step feeds upon the other.

Once you have the rhythm going, you can accomplish almost anything.

Since self-esteem is what you think about yourself, you have the freedom to think anything you want. So why would you want to belittle yourself?

You were born extremely confident. You came to this world knowing how wonderful you are. You were so perfect when you were a tiny baby.

So choose new thoughts to think about yourself, and choose new words to tell yourself how magnificent you are and that you deserve all the good that life have to offer.

Affirmations:

I choose to feel good about myself. I am worthy of my own love.

I stand on my own two feet. I accept and use my own power.

It is safe for me to speak up for myself.

My Self-Esteem is high because I honor who I am.

Today, no person, place, or thing can irritate or annoy me. I choose to be at peace.

Life supports me in every possible way.

I am radiant being, enjoying life to the fullest.

The Optimist’s Creed

I promise myself….

To be strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything, and make my optimism come true.

To think only of the best, too work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just an enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own.

To forget the mistakes of the past am and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature I meet.

To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others.

To be too large to worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

To think wee of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side, so long as I am true to the best that is in me.”

Money

How do you get your attention off the bills when you are trying to attract money?

You pretend, you make believe, and you create games with those bills to trick your mind into thinking good thoughts. Get your mind so busy with make-believe games of what you want that there is no room for it to send you thoughts of lack.

You are a creative being, so find the best creative way for you to turn your bills and bank statement into a make-belive game of abundance.

Set up your account for your “what you want”

For example: I want to go to Europe in September 2011.

Every time you want to buy a sweater or a blouse that you like, put these money in Your “I want account”
And feel great about it. Sure, you could have one more sweater, or a blouse. You want to feel
good now, but go ahead and add to “I want to go to Europe” instead of robbing yourself of it.

Switch your “instant gratitude” spending money emotions to “long term gratitude.”

Everytime you do this you will get closer and closer to what you want.

Daily reminder

Focus on the joy of having what you want, instead of worrying about what you don’t want.

Enjoy yourself!

This is simple rule of success.

Always expect that the end result you want is coming and don’t get sidetracked by the way it unfolds.
Let your desire for your result drive you forward.
That’s what keeps you in the flow.
