Keeping Positive Thoughts

The negative feeling of disappointment keeps your desire from you.
 
To turn disappointment into positive feeling, start thinking and saying:
 
“WHEN my desire (use specific desire) arrives
I am going to….” And fill in the blank. Again, very specific.
And you feel it. You feel the rush of excitement,
like it’s already there!!! You then can’t wait to act, no matter what!!!
 
This is a great way to shift yourself in believing, and believing is where you want to be.

In the 1900s Emile Coue (a French psychologist and pharmacist) was a pioneer in the work of using positive thoughts to aid in healing. 

Part of his successful healing methods involved the simple daily application by his patients of this conscious autosuggestion:
 
“Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.”
 
This is not only a powerful statement for health.
As you can see by the words, it is a powerful statement for all areas of our life.
 
When using this affirmation say it very slowly and with the full conviction of the meaning of the words.
 
It is the force we put in the words that makes them powerful.

The process of creation…

 

…is the same for all things, whether you want to bring something to you or remove something negative from  your life.

 
 
If you have a habit you wish to break, or anything negative you wish to remove from your life, you must focus on what you want 

 

 This means you visualize and imagine yourself in that negative-free state right now.
Imagine yourself in as many scenes as you possibly can where the negative situation is completely absent.
Imagine yourself happy and free. Eliminate any picture from your mind of you with a negative situation.
 
Just imagine yourself in the state you want to be in, and feel that you are that right now!

Your mind

 
    Your life is in your own hands, but you must learn to gain control of your thoughts. All of your problems of fear, failure and doubts are because your MIND is ruling you. Your mind has taken over and you are the slave and victim of your uncontrolled negative thoughts.
It is as simple as that.
 
Take control of your mind and your thoughts.
 
Every day, bit by bit, watch your thoughts.
 
When negative thought comes, stamp it out, and refuse to allow a negative thought to take in you by thinking of something good  instead. Think more and more good though, and soon they will come automatically.
