Back to “Real You, World”

Stay in touch with you. Take these first 30 days of your year 2010, and do what you promised yourself you will do.

Remember, you did your planning?
You even started or almost completed your Visual Board…
Who did you do it for?

You!

No one could ignore what you planned to do but you.

As I am talking to you, I am talking to me.
 Whew!….

I am asking me: “Did you do what you planned to do yesterday?!
I’ll tell you. It took me all the way to 11 pm
to do what I planned.
Yah, I know, I was slow. But I did 95% of what I planned to do.

I also had gone through my full, deep cleanse day without cheating at all.
Oh! I looove The Cleanse Tea!!!
So easy to get addicted to it! And between all the water, Isalean Snacks, IsaDelight and one Slim Cake, I wasn’t even hungry.

Exercise?!  Thank God! I have my Gym in the building, I also did the John Gray way…
pretending I was jumping without really jumping, it’s more like shaking your entire body without getting off the floor.
I did this in my office while I was listening
one of the recorded conference calls.

You can do it even if you work in the office outside of your home. You can get up every hour, and do this exercise for 5 minutes.
Let your workers think that you are crazy, who cares. Let them sit on their butts,
while you get your lymphatic system running for you all the way to your brain!
You may actually see yourself being more productive. You can prove it!

Oh, how many people did I talk?! More then a dozen!!! On the phone, of course!

Today, I am out!

What about you?
How many e-mails did I get rid of?!
Finally, I have only 11 left in my Box!
I am committed to keep up to 12! That’s it!

So, back to you.

This is what Jack Canfield says in his brilliant book “The Success Principles”
“EVERYTHING YOU EXPERIENCE TODAY IS THE RESULT OF CHOICES YOU HAVE MADE IN THE PAST

So watch out!!! This is your chance to improve it.

You only have control over three things in your life- the thoughts you think, the images you visualize, and the actions you take (your behavior).

How you use these three things determines everything you experience. If you don’t like what you are producing and experiencing, you have to change your responses.

Change your negative thoughts to positive ones.
Change what you daydream about. Change your habits.

21 to 30 days of intense effort of doing things different way, will create new habits for You.

Unless, you’re already PERFECT.

Me? I have to do a lot of work on me!!!

How about you?

Do You want to share your challenges?

On to the Second Cleanse Day!!

Thank you, Rick Reynolds for your E-mails.
Thank you Jessica Stevens, for you checking up on me.

And Thank you Everybody who liked my
Gas Stove Story.

Welcome Back

     Thought of The Day

 was Founded in 2006,
  it started off with
 one Important Thought.

Isn’t how most Ventures begin?
One Thought at a Time, One Step at a Time…

Here is a Thought for “Welcome to Monday Morning of 2010.”

I hope you wrote all Important  Goals and Strategies. I am sure, you will start writing your monthly and daily.

Just make sure, you go back and read your writing at least once every two weeks. As when life takes over, how quickly we forget?!

Did you start Your 2010 Dream Board?
How complete is it? You may still look for the right picture… It’s OK. For now you may just place written statement instead. For example,
Health Just say: I am what I eat and Drink!
Education: Write List of Books you want to own, Courses you want to attend, and so on.
Keep an eye on the right pictures, and it will spring out from nowhere.

As I was looking for pictures of my Team Co-creators which I work very closely with, I printed
few pictures, and was looking for more.

Suddenly, I got this e-mail with the Picture of

Jessica with Dan. Jessica often talks about Dan, how supportive he is of her commitment to her
Goal of sharing Isagenix Message with others.
Dan actually told to Jess that rule of thumb is to ask person at least six times over period of time.
He also helped Jess with how not to take “no” personally, but be encouraged by it, and to move on. I wanted to meet Dan personally, and didn’t have a chance yet. Well, this is what Jess said:
I thought it was time for me to reveal how my partner looks… wow! This was the right people I was looking to put on my Dream Board.

So keep on looking…but don’t take ages to complete your Dream Board. Have it DONE!!!
Then You can take it to Business Depot, and have it reduced to smaller size.
In fact, you can make in three sizes, and the smallest could be as small as half a page folded in two halves. Laminate it, and carry it in your wallet, I do.  Keep another one in your car. You may look at it it everytime you are waiting for red light turn to green. And, of course the bigger one should be in your office, right in front of you.

Tell you Story about My Gaz Stove picture. About 9 years ago I was in very tough financial situation. As I lost everything that I used to own, and had to start all over again. When it came to working on my Dream Board, I could not dream about buying my own house. In fact, I was happy to live in the apartment above the store, and having two rooms rented out, which helped me to pay my rent.

When it came to looking for my picture “Home” it was highly unrealistic, or too far fetched, as i thought. Kept looking for something…suddenly this gaz stove picture caught my attention.

I looove to cook… I cut out this picture, and got really excited about possibility to own it one day.

It was at the end of that winter friend of mine who was looking for her house, called me and asked me to come out to see this small bungalow which could be perfect for me. I laughed at her. “You are joking! Are you? I am no where near being in the house hunting mood.”

She insisted for me to just come out and look, for fun.

I finally agreed…The house was nothing that I could visualize as I walked in. As I proceeded further and opened the door to the kitchen, I saw the Gaz Stove!!! It was exactly that Gaz Stove which I had on my Dream Board!

That was it! I knew I was buying this house, no matter what! And I did! Don’t ask me how.
Many of my Team Partners were in this house.
Never mind that I’ve lived in the basement for the first year, and rented out the main floor, but then I moved up! :)

Go ahead, and work on your Dream Board! Have it completed this week!!!
