Willing to Change

So, we have decided we are willing to change, and we will use any and all methods that work for us. Lets describe one of the methods.

First: go look in a mirror and say to yourself, “I am willing to change.”

Notice how you feel. If you are hesitant or resistant or just don’t want to change, ask yourself why. What old belief you are holding on to? Please don’t scold yourself, you just notice.
This disbelief has been causing you a lot of trouble.
Whether you know where it came from or not, let’s do something to dissolve it, now.
Again, go to the mirror, and look deep into your own eyes, touch your throat, and say out loud ten times,
“I am willing to release all the resistance.”

You can affirm it for yourself this:

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete.
I now choose calmly and objectively to see my old patterns, and I am willing to make changes.
I am teachable. I can learn. I am willing to change. I choose to have fun doing this.
I choose to react as though I have find a treasure when I discover something else to release.
I see and feel myself changing moment by moment. Bad thoughts no longer have any power over me.
I am the power in the world. I choose to be free.
All is well in my world.

Give up the need to be liked by Everyone.

“The telephone is a good way to talk to to people without having to buy them a drink.”

-Fran Lebowitz, humorist, essayst

There are two kinds of people in the world: “your people” and “not your people”

“Your people” who praise you, appreciate you, light up when they see you, and want to spend time with you. They join you in your quest. It become a common quest.

“Not your people” are those who ignore, dismiss you, reject you, dislike you, and could not care less what happens to you… which is not always very obvious.
Take a sheet of paper and draw a line in a middle.
On one side:, list “My People,” and on the other side “Not My People.”
Write down all the names, your family, your friends, co-workers, neighbors, and others. Sort them out in those categories and see what you discover.

You may or may not choose to do anything about those who are “Not Your People”- it is totally up to you.
No need to make any decisions about whether or not to keep them in your life.
For now just notice who “your people” are, and choose to spend more time with them.

Checking in.

Remember to keep checking on how you are feeling during the day. Check the feeling in your body and make sure your body is relaxed. If you detect any tension, then take a minute to focus on letting go and relaxing your entire body. A feeling of peace in your body and mind is your aim, because that frequency puts you on a frequency of harmony with the Universe.

Know Yourself

Plato said: “Know thyself,” and never were more important words spoken. You must know yourself; what you are doing, what you are saying, what you are feeling, and what you are thinking, so you can bring yourself into the harmony with the Law of Attraction.

If you are complaining about things in your life, you are on the complaining frequency, and you are not in a position to attract what you want.

Get onto the frequency of good with your thoughts and words. Firstly, you will fell good, and secondly, you will be on frequency of receiving more good.
