Changing from suffer to happiness.

To change our lives, at some point we have to decide that, rather then suffer anymore, we are
going to live in happiness. And the only way we can do that is to make a decision to look for things to appreciate, no matter what.
As we begin to focus on the good and the brighter side of things, the law of attraction responds by sending back to us the exact photocopy of our new thoughts. And good things will begin to appear. And then more good things, and then more…

Asking for Help

So often we want and we need help but we don’t ask.
Asking for Help is not a sign of weakness; it takes courage to ask for help. Once you admit to needing for help, you may find that it comes from the most unexpected sources.
Perception is reality. If you feel like you’re overwhelmed, you are overwhelmed. But you can regain some control of your life. And now is just as good a time as any.

About Balance

Everything in moderation-that’s the secret to happiness and good health, right?
Right. But it’s difficult to maintain balance in our lives because it takes great concentration and effort.

How do you know when your life is in balance? You know when you function well even when life is difficult, not just when life is running smoothly.
Balanced, your overall satisfaction with life remains the same regardless of the rockiness of the ride.

Bring balance to your life by focusing attention where attention is needed. The next time you feel angry, frustrated, guilty, resentful, or stressed, note whether the feeling is a reaction to home issues, or focused on leisure time. Do you frequently feel this way about this area of your life? If so, resolve to bring your attention to this area and make an effort to make some changes that will bring balance in your life.

Are You Done with the Fear?

We are indeed, in a time of great transition.

This transition is often unsettling and disarming.

It’s also a time of great opportunity.

This period of opportunity is the potential for newness, creativity and innovation.

Often times we hear people saying “necessity is mother of invention”- and that could not be more true today! However,, it’s important to have all the oars in the water and each person in the boat rowing with you to facilitate “innovation” within your business.

But What happens when you are met with fear and doubt?

The breaking point for any significant changes change is courage.

Allow those fears to surface and observe them as if you were sitting in a movie theatre watching the latest action or dramatic flick.

Ask yourself what’s really going on here? Is the consequence of the fear greater then the desire to move forward? Remember, this stage of courage that you are working within take faith. And at times it can be a very lonely place to be. But you must continue to evaluate if the desire is greater then the risk. If that desire is not greater then you will not move forward. In this place of courage, you suspend your belief. Other times it is a giant leap of faith and will require a measure of patience.

This shift to change and courageousness must start with YOU before you can get anyone else in the boat with you.

Hold steady. Yes, it is challenging time.

On the other side there are great rewards for those walk through the fear and create something new and innovative out there in the world. We are ALL being called to this. You re not alone. Think outside of the box and stop modeling other people! Their “model” is also in need to upgrade, repair and innovation.

And, by the way, you will most likely need to start paddling with or without others. It doesn’t matter, just get in the boat yourself and start MOVING.

In this energy space you have the willingness to embrace change and face challenges. You are able to literary see the opportunities in front of you and identify growth ares. It requires the ability to feel the fear in yourself and in others but continue to move forward none-the-less.

You have this great idea and solution but the group around (and that can include your family and friends) thinks you’re absolutely nuts and have gone off the deep end. What’s happening? It’s a brilliant solution! It’s cutting edge marketing or technology! Why the resistance? They are afraid, plain and simple. They are paralyzed with fear because it means abandoning what they know  for something unknown.

Visualize.

No matter what the odds, we can make this lifetime the best it can be. Think of the story about Morris Goodman in the film of The Secret. Morris lay in hospital completely paralyzed, only able to blink his eyes. But he knew he could still use his mind to visualize, and against all odds, Morris walked.

Visualize your life as magnificent. Visualize yourself in complete joy, and hold to that vision, no matter what!
