Be Saring Person

 The more you practice being a sharing person rather then one who continnually wonders “What’s in it for me?”

the more flows back to you when you least expect it.

Catch yourself doing Something Right, and pat yourself on a back for it.

 Good women & men always think it is their fault…Bad women and men never take the blame for anything.
-Anita Brookner  English novelist, art historian.

Good friend of mine Nataly has only one rule in her life: “I am not allowed to beat myself up.”
She elaborates:” I got more than enough criticism and abuse when I was growing up. There were plenty enough people beating me up , verbally and emotionally, if not physically. So now my only rule is-no matter what I do-I am not allowed to beat myself up.”
Years ago Nataly was overweight, and not happy in other areas of her life. She decided to go to the gym and work out, stop eating junk. It was really hard for her to follow through. In the beginning she would drive to the gym, and seat in her car looking to the windows where she saw people working out. She was scared, and turned back, saying “next time I may walk to the locker.
And she did. Then she find herself signing up for yoga class. It was not as scary. She attended the first class and “Good girl, you showed up. You did what you said you would do for yourself.”
So, step by step, making small steps every day, today, twenty years later Nataly is fit, trim, athletic and successful in other areas of her life.

So, take a little step every single day, and do something that you want to improve. Every time you did any little thing in this direction- every little thing. Reach your right hand over your left shoulder and pat yourself on a back. Say, “Good me. You just did something good.” Because you did.

The Power Of Permission

 One of the greatest lessons you will learn as entrepreneur is that the only permission required to succeed is your own.

When you give yourself this permission, you begin to operate from an entirely different level of awareness and approval.
In many ways, success always been easy for me, but keeping success has been an entirely different challenge.
I spent many years of of my life conflicting between my brilliance and my feeling of unworthiness.
Until I began giving myself permission and approval, I continued this struggle between achievement and sabotage.

Internal permission and approval is based on the foundation of feeling lovable, good enough, and deserving of the situations you seek to create through your enterprise.

More on: Believe in You

“By believing passionately in something that still does not exist, we create it. The non-existent is whatever we have not sifficiently desired.”
Nikos Kazantzakis

Let’s talk about Health.
Affirm: I live a Healthy Vibrant, full of Joy, Love and Fun Life.

As you engage in this idea, guess what begins to happen?
You actually begin to alter your eating behaviours. Why? Because eating healthy food in smaller portions feels good, and feeling good is what your desire is all about.
But it has to start with a thought that feels good, and it iss this: “Whatever I eat is GOOD for my body. I’ll instruct my brain and my body chemistry to convert whatever I eat into health. “
Want some tips about what’s eating well means today?

You can print out E-Book 110 Ways to Eat Well

You now have a whole new cycle of thinking to examine, and this new way of thinking pasionately about something that still does not exist applies to being in shape, as well.

Shaping out-of-Balance Thinking.

So what are your beliefs about what it takes to be in shape and physically healthy?
It’s necessary for a person to suffer every day and go through a vigorous workout routine.

Believe in You

If you believe that you are a capable, talented person, then you will become that person. If you believe that people are helpful, you will find yourself in the company of helpful people. What you believe about yourself and your life will become true. I know it for fact.

Here is the story by Louis Di Bianco

From Russia With Guts

A young teenage girl in Moscow runs barefoot through the snow on a freezing Russian winter night…She runs for her life, away from her abusive father. She keeps running until her feet go numb with frostbite. She’s not afraid of the pain. She’s running toward her life of freedom. Her name is Janna Sosensky.

Years later, Janna arrives in Canada alone without a word of English on her tongue. Her degree in Russian journalism has no power or meaning in this workplace. How will she survive? How will she earn a living? Many educated immigrants trade their time for pennies in menial jobs, the only work they can find. Janna? No way! This is the woman who braved the Moscow winter in her bare feet. The flame of ambition burns in her. Ambition, desire, and a dream.

She plays against the odds and starts a traditional business in a posh section of oh-so-English Toronto. Janna opens a hair salon in Yorkville. Determined to win, she takes courses in her chosen field and has to translate all of her study material. She becomes a master hair stylist in demand working on as many as thirty clients a day. She’s making money, but at what price? She’s a slave to her business.

Janna loves to cook, and people love to eat her gourmet meals. She developed her culinary skill in Russia. An orphan who can’t feed herself will die. What began as a life or death game, becomes a powerful WHY for Janna. She develops a passionate desire to nourish the world. That desire gives birth to another venture. She lovingly makes, packages, and sells gourmet crepes to more than twenty-three food stores in Toronto. A major food chain approaches her with an offer for her magic recipe. Once again, she’s high on the hog but starving for freedom. She feels trapped in the joint of another lucrative business. Her time belongs to the man. Her body is wearing down.

The exotic lure of Costa Rica offers an escape. Janna moves there and invests in real estate. She tackles this new challenge with entrepreneurial courage, talent, and determination.

Any gambler knows you can’t win ‘em all. She plays like a warrior but goes down for the count. Janna returns to Canada broke and homeless. Like Jerry “DRhino” Clark says, broke is a temporary condition; poor is a state of mind. Janna can handle broke; poor is never an option. She lives on friends’ couches and trades her time for money, cooking for the wealthy and cleaning their homes.

Janna has the heart and spirit of a champion. She also has a human body that doesn’t respond well to intense stress. Her valiant fight is exhausting her.

Then, one day, the call comes. It’s from an estranged friend. She hasn’t spoken to this woman in years and doesn’t really want to now. What happens next is a lesson for all the tough guys reading this. You know who you are – all you captains, lieutenants, and empire builders. Some guy you don’t like rings you up. Whaddaya do? You don’t take his call. Or, you tell him to shove it.

But women have intuition. It’s stronger than emotions and the mind. Janna follows her intuition and speaks to this not-a-friend-anymore. The woman is all excited about a business opportunity she found that has something to do with health. I can just hear some guy’s response, “Yeah. Come right over. I’ve got the Brooklyn Bridge wrapped with a bow for you.”

Janna listens to the woman with an open mind and likes what she hears. She’s in. Network Marketing finds Janna Sosensky. The product improves Janna’s health. The comp plan doesn’t fatten her wallet. But the MLM business model stokes her flame! It’s what she’s been looking for all her life. It’s the key to her fortune and freedom. Janna doesn’t have to “see it to believe it.” She understands the power of believing before you see. Her belief attracts the right company into her life. (Is this too woo-woo for some of you? Stop reading and get a JOB.)

The new company’s products supercharge her body. She feels stronger, healthier, and younger. The comp plan blows her mind. She sets a goal, plays full out, and soars quickly to a six-figure income.

Remember, Janna made six figures before. But she sacrificed her health and freedom to do it. Not this time! Oh no! No start-up debt. No overhead. No rent. No inventory. No employee hassles. Just products that work, people who care, and a big greenback payoff. You know. The kinda score that 9 to 5 lifers call “too good to be true.”

Janna jumps off the hamster wheel of traditional employment. She sails for another shore and burns her boats. She gives up making a living. Now she’s creating a life!

She honored me with a sit-down the other day. She shared her secret to success in Network Marketing. It’s simple – if you have the guts. Here it is. She never asks people to join her business. She never chases the “ideal” prospect. She never chases anybody. Janna sets high standards. Then she interviews people to see if they meet those standards. She turns a lot of them down.

Some of you are nodding your head, “Yes.” But do you really get this concept? Do you apply it when building your business? Or do you become a tongue wagging puppy when somebody shows a slight interest in your opportunity? Do you get triggered into “I hope they join me” mode? A mobster analogy should set you straight on this point. If you haven’t seen “The Godfather” 1 & 2, you’re out of luck here. Sorry. But here’s the shot. Who would you want on your crew, Michael or Freddo? If you answered Freddo, you’ll get whacked fast.

Janna is populating her crew with stand-up women like her. These are the key qualities she looks for in a new team member:
* Willingness to change
* Willingness to learn
* Willingness to serve
* Fire in her belly.

Janna Sosensky is blazing her path to millionaire status in her present company. She’s having a ball on the ride. She’s taking her team with her. But here’s the thing worth repeating. Slackers ain’t welcome. She doesn’t open the book for wannabes. You gotta make your bones to run with her.

I asked her what her long-term vision is. She answered without missing a beat. She wants to play at 100%. She wants to feel fully engaged and excited at any age. She wants to and will live a life without compromise. A life of choice. That’s lifestyle! That’s freedom!
