Simply by taking the time to focus on what you already have in your life, recognizing your great fortune and appreciating it will automatically put you in a “feel good” mood.

Story
Alma’s car broke on the way to her very exciting meeting. She was so looking forward to have that meeting for some time. The reason she was excited was that that person, his name is R. called her himself, and said that he is ready to make changes in his life concerning his eating habits, etc. etc.
First, Alma felt very disappointed as she could not proceed driving to the meeting.
Then she made a decision to walk all the way back home from the garage where she left her car for repair.
It was a long, long walk, something like 10 km.
Alma made a decision to turn this walk to a success. She realized that she started to have great conversation with herself. She noticed many beautiful trees, and heard the birds singing, she felt better and better by the minute,
she was grateful to have the energy to walk steady and poised, she was grateful for her daily exercise for years and years. At one point she stopped in the place where she had witnessed conversation between few people about their concerns, Alma asked them some good questions, and will continue to connect with someone who eventually will be aware of choices
that available for that person.
At the end, Alma car brake, and meeting canceled turned out to be her Victory.
