Definitions

Wisdom can be Learned and Earned

 

 

 
Let’s clarify. Self Esteem and Self-Confidence are two very powerful experiences you can begin to create for yourself right now, in this moment. 
 
Self esteem is not to be confused with self-confidence.  
 
Self-confidence is how capable you feel in a situation. It is very easy to feel confident about your ability to perform in a job if this is what you’ve been doing all your life. But now you’re entrepreneur, and if this is new to you, you may find that foundation of self-confidence begins to wobble if you have not also developed a strong sense of self-esteem.

 

Self-esteem is how you feel about you, and self acceptance is the ability to approve of every aspect of yourself as a whole, understanding that as a human being you are in a constant process of growth and transition.

I like nonsense. It wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life’s realities.

Joy.

 I define joy as a sustained sense of well being and internal peace-a connection to what matters.

My question is always the same. How do you define “What Matters?”

Many times I catch myself and others focus on small details, and lose sleep over it. It takes time and effort to separate those from bigger more important then “who said what, who called or didn’t call etc.

So, at the end of the day…what really matters is how you connect with your own body, how you connect with likeminded people, how you give it all from the heart with no agenda,

how you celebrate the success in personal and professional life of members of your community, small or big.

How you do not compare or envy. Continue this list.

Be Happy!

Wisdom can be Learned and Earned

Nobody really cares if you’re miserable, so you might as well be happy.

 It took me many years to understand and practise it.

 I used to look too deeply in things that hirt me. It would take

me days and weeks to come out of it.

Then I learned a technique which helped me to switch from “miserable to happy” very quickly.

This technique is very simple.

It’s called “Cons and Pros.”

I take piece of paper, divide it in half and write on the left top “Cons” and on the right top “Pros”

Most of the time I see one to three “Cons” and at least ten “Pros.”

At the end of this exercise I feel Happy!!!

Smile

Give youself permission to smile at anybody who is passing you by, smile at the cloud in the sky, smile when you think about your next chore, smile from the bottom of your core.
