Have a Heart Talk

Wisdom can be Learned and Earned

Most communication resembles a Ping-Pong game in which people are merely preparing to slam their next point across; but pausing to understand differing points of view and associated feelings can turn apparent opponents into true members of the same team.

Cliff Dufree

Creator of the Heart Talk process

You can expect the following results from a Heart Talk:

*Enhanced listening skills
*Constructive expression of feelings
*Improved conflict resolution skills
*Improved abilities to let go resentments and old issues
*Development of mutual respect and understanding
*Greater sense of connection, unity and bonding

Be Teachable

Be Teachable

In a humble state, you learn better, I can’t find anything about humility, but at least there’s that.

John Dooner

CEO of Interpublic
the world’s largest
advertising company
Skip Barber
(trains people to drive
high performance cars
under racing conditions) says,

“The best students who get it are teachable. They’re open to learning. The ones who don’t make it think they know everything already. You can’t teach them anything.”

Transcend Your Limiting Beliefs

Your suconsious mind does not argue with you. It accepts what your conscious mind decrees. If you say, “I can’t afford it,” your subconscious mind works to make it true. Select a better thought.

Decree, “I’ll buy itI accept it in my mind.”

of Your Subconscious Mind.

Take time to listen to your intuition!

Wisdom can be Learned and Earned

Make time to listen to your intuition.
Ask yourself open ended questions. Your intuition can provide you with with the answers to anything you need to know.

For example:

*What can I do to increase sales results this year?
*What can I do to guarantee my goal to be achieved?
*How can I achieve my ideal weight?
*What is the next step I need to take to achieve financial independence?
*What should I do next?

Write down answers.
Take immediate daily actions.

For-giveness

Wisdom can be Learned and Earned

Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping

it will kill your enemies.

Nelson Mandella

Winner of the Nobel Peace Prize

Whatever hurts you are feeling, know that I’ve felth them, too.
But I also know that what hurts you even more is harboring the

resentment, holding a grudge, and rerunning the same hatred over and over. The ford forgive really means to give up for yourself-not for them.

THE FORGIVENESS AFFIRMATION
I release myself from all the demands and judgements that have kept me limited. I allow myself to go free-to live in joy and peace. I allow myself to create fulfilling relationships, to have success, to experience pleasure, to know that I am worthy, and deserve to have what i want. I now go free. In that process I release all others from any demands and expectations I have place on them. I choose to be free. I forgive myself and for-give them. And so it is.
