There’s a whole other world out there that is moving at the same pace today as it did thousands of years ago. The sun rises each morning with precision and certainty, and set each evening the same way. When was the last time you watched the sun set or rise?
 
Tune in to the sounds of nature. There’s something reassuring and soothing about nature’s rhythms.
 
Join a bicycling or hiking club and participate in regular outings.
Take nourishment from the sun.
Just 10 to 15 minutes of direct sun exposure to your face, arms, and hands three times a week stimulates your body to produce all the vitamin D you need.
