If I wanted things to change…

“If  I wanted things to change in my life then I had to do something different in my life.”

Fred Sarkari

We are all creatures of habit-most of what we do is derived from a habit that we have been nurturing and relied on for years. Right from how we brush out teeth to how to deal with our customers and relationships. It’s important to notice that there are many ways of accomplishing the things we want.

We can do whatever we want, however we want, but are all the things beneficial? Are the habits that you’ve developed completely beneficial to you, your business, and your family?

“Take me, train me, be firm with me
And I will place the world at your feet.
Be easy with me and I will destroy you.
Who am I?
I am Habit.”

I can train me, and be firm with me…
You can train you.

Here is what I train me on.

Watch My Thoughts.
They become words.
Watch My words.
They Become Actions.
Watch My Actions.
They Become Habits.
Watch My Habits.
They Become Character
For It Becomes My Destiny.

Anthony Robins once said, “There are two primary reasons why we will want to change anything in our lives. The first is “inspiration,” and the second is “desperation.”

Our Habits keep us in “comfort zone”
We want different results each and every year, but we don’t want to leave our comfort zones.

Well,… then it becomes our destiny.

What are you willing to do to change
what you’re not happy about????

Make a list…and start to train yourself…if you want changes.

Do you want to learn how to cook
for Life…not for Illness?
