Leadership For Life (continuation)

4. Be Willing to Fail.

How do you measure success without failure?
To succeed at anything, we have to be willing to first accept that failure will exist on our way to success. Neither success nor failure is an overnight accomplishment; each equals the sum of our daily activities. Success or failure is cumulative over a week…a month…a year…a lifetime. Success can also be the product of an accumulation of failures.

As you may now see more clearly, success is a by-product of our way of thinking. It’s a philosophy and an approach to life.

5. Focus on Your Goals

Goals give you direction and when these goals are met; you get a feeling of accomplishment and material prove of your progress.
One thing to keep in mind is that we will always end where we put our focus.

Goals help us to mantain our focus.
They’re our road map leading us in the direction of our destination.

Goals are a means of incrementally measuring our success.
