Learn to let go - What’s bothering you?

Learn to let go - What’s bothering you?

Or rather ask yourself these questions.

Do I get up in a morning bright and early?
Or do I drug myself out of bed?

Do feel full of energy and zest for life all day long?
Or do I feel tired, especially after lunch? I feel like if I could close my eyes only for fifteen minutes.

What about after I come from work? I am doing all kinds of things after 8 hours at work. Suddenly it midnight, and I feel like I want to do something else, at least for another hour. But, no, I have to go to bed to have my sweet deep sleep.

Or I can’t do anything unless I have at least half an hour nap.

You got the picture.
If you don’t have sweet deep sleep, you would be tired all day. It’s that simple.

Yet, so many people struggle with sleep.

Here is some tips for a better night sleep.
  • Go to bed at a regular time each night and set up your alarm for the same time every morning to establish a regular sleep schedule.
  • Avoid coffee, tea, coke, cocoa  before bed.
  •  Eat dinner three to four hours before dinner to allow time for digestion.
  • Exercise every day - earlier, rather then later.
  • Use your bedroom primary for sleeping.
  • Avoid or limit daytime naps.
  • Listen to relaxation tapes to fall asleep.
  • If you can’t fall asleep within 15 minutes, get up and do something until you feel sleepy.
  • Cleanse your inside body on a regular basis.
