Learn to let Go

“Into each life, a little clutter must fall”

But you don’t have to hold on to it forever!

If your life feels out of balance, you can free up the time, space, and energy for more important things.

Start by paring down your possessions to those things you either or use regularly.

Minimizing stress will lighten your heart by letting go of guilt, anger, and other negative emotions and adding more humor and laughter.

You’ll be healthier and happier for it.

              Tell you Story

He blamed me for death of his wife

It took me many years to let go.

My health started to improve because I made a decision to stop blaming him for all painful experiences from my unfortunate childhood.

I finally realized that the poor man didn’t know any better, but I can take control  of myfuture.

Slowly, step by step, I learned to change my thoughts.
I made a decision to focus on good things, to look for a bright side in everything.

The darkness I used to feel started to lift up.
I learned how to visualize a beautiful garden full of incredible flowers.
I learned how push the dark thoughts out of my memories.
I finally pushed all of this darkness out
of my mind.

I made a decision to write notes of good things coming in.

I placed good

pictures of my bright future in front of me.

And now I am helping you.

Do today something that you can do instead of thinking about something you can do nothing about.
