“Letting Go” opens space for new energy to come in.

 Story

Yesterday was an interesting day. I was tested the area of “Letting Go.”

We, a group of selected six, agreed to commit working together toward exciting challenge that company we all represent and love, Isagenix, offered to all of us.

The cut off time to make changes was yesterday at midnight. I worked for two weeks organizing
this Team, selecting the right players. I wanted to have people with different strengths and talents.

The Main thing was that everyone of this Team had to agree to commit 100%, and do what it takes not only to achieve their own goals but the goal of The Team of six.

However, something wasn’t right with one of the members of this group. Late in the afternoon I got the e-mail from A. with the list of why she couldn’t do number of things required, and it sounded like this: “don’t have this and that,”
“can’t do this and that” ”but can do only this.”
You get the picture.
Yet, she was not saying “No” to the Team, but it was obvious that with this Posture of negativity and disbelief, there was no reason to have her on the Team.

I know A. for at least six years. And she went
through those stages periodically several times.
I always took her back under my wing when she was ready to work toward her better life.
This time I decided to Let Go, and stop being a “rescuer

As soon as I did that, I had the opening in my heart for great positive energy person to come in in our Team, and it happened at 10-30 PM.
I had an interview with this person, and she came through with flying colors.
My point is, letting go is necessary if you want to move forward.
