Thirty years ago the number of jobs during active earning time were one or two average.
Since twenty years ago this number changed to 6, 7 or more.
Fifteen years ago it’s shifted to 5 or 6 careers.

For Baby Boomers. Think about people who thought they will retire comfortably, and they didn’t. The same company that I partnered with six years ago pays me twenty times more then my pension, and I have a choice to increase my income.
