What’s your personality? Your relationship with you?

This may help to clarify which relationship may be the most important one you ever build in your life.

That is relationship with yourself.

As children we are taught to focus our attention on building relationships with others and getting along with different people. We are encouraged to ignore others’ quirks and idiosyncrasies and learn to live, love, and work with them. What we are not taught is how to love ourselves, how to look beyond our own quirks and imperfections, or how to change the habits we have formed that we do not like about ourselves or that we tend to not serve us well.

Learning about personality type, you can develop your own framework to better understand yourself. You will be able to recognize, comprehend, and utilize your personality strengths in such a way that you can maximize your innate capabilities and talents. You will have a deeper understanding of how your mind and body communicate, and you will become aware where your weak site is. You will begin to recognize which thoughts and patterns of behavior are self-destructive and create chemical imbalances that increase your potential for illness.

At a deeper level, the understanding of your personality type positions you to give power to your individuality as expressed through the personality of your soul.

You experience a sense of wholeness that only comes through the unconditional integration of body, mind, and spirit.

Your true essence and authenticity will reveal itself through the lights of your aura for all to see and enjoy.

You will experience the greatest, purest joy that there is in life-the joy that comes from accepting and loving yourself.
