Forgive people who hurt you.
How to:
Think of one person you haven’t forgiven for something that happened in the past. Find a way to forgive that person. Write a letter or call on the phone.
Affirm daily:
“I am free from the hurt that you caused me. I am thinking that you did not mean
to hurt me. I understand you learned not to hurt anyone anymore. I know you’re doing well and so am I. I also learn not to hold and let go. I am free now.”
When you say these words, smile and think of beautiful flowers or play your favorite music.
Do this often enough and long enough that you start to feel free.
